Overall great service.

Amazing location and great facilities

everything was really good, so were unbelievable views of the ocean. the location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, staff were incredibly attentive. and the area was coastal, near coffee shops and restaurants, an extra ferry, and the sea.

Spacious bed and well laid out rooms. Luxurious bathroom and good value for money breakfast.

the hotel is very nice and relax place. the prics for the the is fair but the food is very very expensive and becuase you are on an island you don't have choise

We ate at a terrific restaurant for lunch. The food was good - lots of options. The service was excellent throughout our stay. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly when asking for tips about Ilot Maitre...

Some people working there were quite busy.

We booked for two nights, but only stayed for one. It wasn't our kind of place unfortunately, but the staff in your reception were very helpful in arranging alternative accomodation for us.

As I have said, it wasn't our kind of place. We had planned to indulge ourselves for a few days after exploring the east and west coasts of New Caledonia, but the general atmosphere and the standard of the restaurant facilities were something of a letdown. It was a lack of judgement on our part.

Great to escape the rat race and recharge on this tranquil island. We spent 3 days on the island, which was the right amount of time for us. Great buffet, albeit expensive, but lovely selection of local and international cuisine. Very friendly and helpful staff - would come back.

Staying in our overwater bungalow was a dream! We snorkeled with turtles right off our stairs every day. The view was unbeatable, and we loved the huge bathroom space and comfy bed.

Amazing overwater experience!

Spent 2 nights in a Beautiful Over Water Bungalow. Super spacious with direct water access. The buffet was insane! Ate so much, especially loved the seafood. Caught a cool turtle and swam with colorful fish right off our steps. Only thing was the bar could use some shade. It was kinda harsh. Staff was super helpful and friendly!

Amazing beach access and lovely outdoor pool. Wi-Fi was spotty at times.

The Beautiful Over Water Bungalow provided a spacious and relaxing atmosphere with a fine view of the sunset. Swimming with turtles was a highlight, as was the close proximity to a beautiful reef. Although the cocktails were underwhelming, the variety at breakfast was excellent and satisfied our appetites. We did notice some jellyfish in the water, which warranted caution during our swims.

Rooms are beautiful with fine lagoon views. Food options are limited and pricey, especially for the buffet. Swimming with turtles was a highlight.

Breakfast was fantastic, and we loved our beautiful over water bungalow. The location was ideal for soaking up the sun.
